Can I import my Pipedrive data? +
Yes — CSV import for contacts, accounts, and deals is in the Free CRM. Native Pipedrive sync is on the roadmap.
Will the AI agents work on my existing pipeline? +
Yes — once your Pipedrive data is imported and the agents are enabled, they treat existing deals the same as new ones. The Hygiene Agent will also de-dupe and clean records during import.
Why is the CRM free? +
Because the value layer for B2B sales has moved to the agentic layer. We monetise the agents, not the CRM underneath them.
How does '$49 per agent per month' compare to Pipedrive's bundled AI? +
